Exchange and Refund Policies

Return Request Procedure

To request a return, visit the "Exchanges and Returns" section to verify that your request complies with the seller's conditions. You have 14 days from receipt of the package to initiate the return procedure. Download and complete the Return Form .

However, we only process returns and exchanges for products purchased on our site, so the order number is required for verification. If the products were purchased through other channels, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Reasons for Return:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Wrong model or size
  • Other (specify reason)

Note:

  • Returned or exchanged items must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • In case of "Item arrived damaged" or "Wrong model or size", we will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange. For all other cases, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

How to Make a Return

  1. Fill out the form in its entirety and send a copy (or a legible photo) to servizioclienti@jomix.com .
  2. The seller will respond to you within 48 business hours, accepting or rejecting the return request.
  3. If accepted, return the goods intact and in the original packaging together with the purchase receipt and the completed return form.

Organization of the retreat

If it is a verified product problem, we will arrange for collection by express courier. Otherwise, please send the package by courier or postal service to the address:

Return and Refund Options

Once you have received the package and checked the condition of the item, you can choose between the following options:

  • Receive a discount coupon of the same amount to use on your next purchase
  • Opt for a refund equal to the price of the returned item

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will be contacted by our customer service to confirm your preference.
