Where to deliver

We deliver throughout Italy and Europe.

Shipping to Italy

• Free shipping for orders over €25.

Shipping to Europe

• Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process, based on the destination country:
• €20 for European area countries.

European Countries:
Austria, Belgium, France (excluding Corsica), Germany, Great Britain (excluding smaller islands), Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal (excluding Madeira and Azores), Spain (excluding Balearics, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Andorra, Gibraltar), Switzerland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden, Hungary.

Attention: Orders from some destinations cannot be delivered:
Corsica (France), smaller islands of Great Britain, Madeira (Portugal), Azores (Portugal), Balearics, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Andorra, Gibraltar (Spain).

If an order has been placed from one of these locations and the payment has been completed, JOMIX ITALIA SRL will proceed to cancel the order and issue a full refund using the same payment method chosen by the customer.

Delivery Times

Delivery in Italy

• For Italian cities, shipping is made within 24 hours of receiving payment. Delivery generally takes place within 2-3 working days.

Delivery in Europe

• In European countries, delivery usually takes 4-7 working days from the date of shipment.

Delivery to non-European countries

• In non-European countries, delivery generally takes 12-20 days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country and the courier's times.

Note: Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Address

The goods will be shipped to the address indicated at the time of ordering. It is advisable to specify precisely:

• Name and surname or company name indicated on the intercom or bell (e.g. JOMIX ITALIA SRL)
• Complete address without abbreviations, postcode, municipality or fraction
• Province acronym

It is recommended to provide an address where someone is present to receive the goods. In case of difficulty, it is possible to indicate the address of a trusted person (relatives and/or friends) or the address of the workplace.
