Introduction
These General Conditions of Sale regulate the offer and sale of products on the website www.jomix.com managed by JOMIX ITALIA SRL, with registered office in Via Appia Nuova, 669, 00179 Rome (CF and VAT number: 16390921001, REA number: RM-1653841). By placing an order, the customer accepts these General Conditions of Sale. We recommend that you read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.
Object
These Conditions regulate exclusively the offer and sale of products to consumers through the JOMIX ITALIA SRL Website. They apply to products delivered in Italy, excluding the Republic of San Marino, the Vatican City and Switzerland.
Acceptance
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts the Conditions of Sale in force at the time. To purchase on the Site, the customer must be of legal age (18 years) and declare that he/she has the capacity to act.
Product Delivery
The images and descriptions of the products on the Site are illustrative and may not perfectly reflect the actual product. In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the customer will be informed and the order will be cancelled. Delivery takes place within three working days from the order confirmation, except for delays beyond our control.
Price
Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Shipping and handling charges are indicated on the order confirmation page. JOMIX ITALIA SRL reserves the right to change prices and shipping charges without notice.
